Job DescriptionReports to: Payroll SpecialistJob Purpose: To provide primary operational support for the Payroll Manager by administering the day to day aspects of all payroll tasks in the Admin office. Schedule: Must be flexibleJob Description:Reviews and approves weekly agency payroll.Reviews and approves agencies' PAR, payroll action requests.Prepares payroll cost report for Admin – Accounting for weekly and monthly reporting needs before Tuesdays 9:00AM.Support WCD distribution center payroll supervisors' inquiries and requests to resolve payroll issues.Serves as back up in the absence of Admin Payroll Administrator.Work with other duties/projects assigned Min Qualifications:Outstanding communication abilities and the expertise to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned task with little or no supervision.
