Property Manager - (Neptune City, NJ)

H. Hovnanian Industries is seeking an experienced field manager with no less than 5yrs of background in managing multiple retail and office sites. Needs to be hands on and must be able to manage scheduling of recurring tasks without being reminded. Must also be able to bid out and manage scheduling of tenant fit-ups. Current expertise of Microsoft word and Ms excel a must. Must be in good physical health, climbing ladders, carry heavy objects. Corporate offices located in central NJ and all sites within 45 minutes driving time. Ideal candidate is to reside in Ocean County.
