Job description: Participate on a Customer Service Team processing new business, renewals, setting up financing, loss run requests, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, non-renewals and audits. Responsibilities •Assignments include, but are not limited to: Respond to producer and/or client requests for info via telephone, FAX, e-mail, mail or in person, as directed by an Account Manager. •Meets daily work flow qualifications; informs Account Manager and fellow Commercial Assistants if assistance is required to meet established deadlines. •Research company records or other sources to obtain requested info. •Reviews marketing file for accuracy & completeness and follows up on new/renewal policy from carrier. •Requests loss runs and follow-through to verify compliance by the carrier.
