BASIC FUNCTION: Acquire and maintain member relationships by providing excellent member service. Develop and deepen member relationships by offering relevant solutions to meet their needs, and by taking ownership and resolving customer problems quickly and efficiently. Meet or exceed sales goals by determining the financial needs of each member, matching this to the appropriate CU product or service, and delivering the product or service in a manner which satisfies the member.
