Maintains accurate records to facilitate month-end financial report preparation and assists Chief Financial Accountant in analyzing financial data and preparation of journal entry and reconciliation of general ledger accounts for use in preparing company financial statements, tax reports, and numerous manufacturing reports. 1. Expertise to assist with a variety of accounting responsibilities, monthly close entries, reconciliations and analysis. 2. Posts daily activities and forwards to appropriate person on a monthly basis; prepares various worksheets; records info from other department reports and posts various month-end totals to provide accurate details for month end financial reports. 3. Compiles financial details from all legal entities for distribution to both Company's internal Executive Staff and external auditing firm. Creates confidential binding and validates accuracy of dates and verification that all data has been included.
