Develop and maintain metrics for focused areas needing improvement. Perform conduct of work assessments and effectiveness evaluations. Provide coordinated direction to the project Conduct of Work Mentors. Mentor operations, D&D activities, project activities, and start-up and readiness activities. Mentoring shall be provided to facility Lead Work Group Supervisors, Shift Operations Managers, and Operations Managers. Perform Conduct of Operations/conduct of Work mentoring in preparation for Readiness Assessment. Facilitate focused training for bargaining unit and exempt personnel on the principles of Conduct of Operations, hazard analysis and control, and work management.
