Analytical Chemist to Support Sorbent Development Analytical chemist to support analytical method development, validation and sample analyses over a wide range of analytical techniques and methodologies for a medical device product development effort Job duties Analysis of ions, small and large molecules, physical parameters such as surface area, porosity, particle size distribution, particulate concentrations, density, moisture content, etc. using a variety of analytical techniques and instrumentation to meet project requirements, milestones and deadlines Follow lab procedures and good documentation practices Work unaided to perform routine sample analyses in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment Operate independently to develop and validate methods for the characterization of chemicals, products and processes Assist with writing protocols and procedures and other controlled documents
