Reviews and files COA’s for incoming materials. Generates COA’s for outgoing products. Participate with conducting new-hire and annual Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training. Assist with audits of quality and production procedures and interacts with personnel to ensure GMP and other standards are met. Interacts with and assists production personnel with quality issues. Helps during external audits as needed. Lead the annual review process and revision of Quality Assurance programs in the plant. Assists with product complaint investigations as needed. Provides support to the environmental monitoring program and environmental and equipment swabbing. Responsible for following up on pest control issues as needed. Assists with the red tag program as needed. Develops capabilities necessary to serve as backup to the QA Supervisor as needed.
