Associate Director of Employer Relations - (Bloomington, IN)

Primarily responsible for new employer outreach, cultivating and managing existing employer relationships. Develops and implements the employer relations strategic and operational plan including marketing our services, creating opportunities for students and employers to connect through networking or career events. Responsible for collaborating with employer representatives in developing an on-campus recruiting strategy leading to internship and full time positions for undergraduate and graduate students. Creates the on-campus recruiting season with assistance from the Employer Relations Staff and provides direction to implement their plans. More specifically, identifies and procures job and internship opportunities for the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) undergraduate and graduate students through the cultivation and maintenance of relationships with employing organizations in the Public, Nonprofit, and Private sectors.
