Associate Director of Diversity & Inclusion - (Bloomington, IN)

Sets the strategic direction of diversity initiatives; and builds relationships with underrepresented minority (URM) students to increase the program’s URM pipeline, and works with URM candidates through the admissions process. Develops and manages programming for the MBA diversity recruitment weekend; and serves as a member of the admissions committee, interviewing candidates and evaluating applications. Coaches and mentors URM students; and represents the MBA Program at diversity conferences, admissions fairs and on various boards, committees, groups, and professional organizations. Establishes relationships with internal and external constituencies relevant to the program’s diversity strategy; and supports Kelley MBA URM student organizations.
