Customer Service Job in Pomona, CA - (Pomona, CA)

We are searching for an experienced Customer Service Representative. If you are results oriented and have background working in the manufacturing or distribution industries, with possibly some knowledge in working with third party logistics company, this ones for you. This job pays up to $19 per hour depending on background. As a Customer Service Representative Job, your assignments include: Process up to fifteen orders that have 30+ SKUs per order Communicate effectively with customers regarding orders, deliveries and any problems and/or concerns that may occur Review daily edit list for pricing and order quantities and input accuracy for all previous days orders Keep updated and accurate pricing files. Verify, enter and maintain all pricing info Weekly maintenance and updates for a large volume of customer profiles to ensure integrity of the info for any user Maintain excellent working relationship with Operations, Quality Assurance, Details Technology, Shipping, Logistics, and Sales Departments
