Responsibilities : Assist in the planning & implementation of developmentally appropriate programs, activities, & room decorations, following U-GRO’s curriculum units for assigned class. Arrange & maintain a well-ordered classroom environment that is warm, safe & caring for the children, following U-GRO and State standards. Supervise the children entrusted to your care. Ensure the safety & well-being of the children at all times. Maintain adequate & appropriate communication with parents on a daily basis. Address discipline issues promptly, in accordance with stated U-GRO policy. Keep your supervising Lead Group Supervisor and the Center Director informed of issues/concerns within the classroom. Oversee all mealtime/snack time activities and nap time. Requirements :
