Education and Training Specialist - (Bloomfield Twp, MI)

The Education and Training Specialist is responsible for managing SinghLearning.com, Singhs learning management system. The perfect applicant brings creativity and new ideas to solve the learning challenges that the company faces. This individual will collaborate together with the Education and Training Specialist as well as others within the organization to create and manage learning content and handle day-to-day administration of the system. Assignments include but are not limited to: Act as the 1st point of contact for end-user support for SinghLearning LMS Perform general site troubleshooting Work with internal SMEs to create training content using Adobe Presenter, creating videos, etc. Manage LMS infrastructure including creating learning plans, custom reports, site hierarchy, etc. Handle administration of compliance training for senior living division, including training designated compliance trainers on using the LMS
