Sr. Sales Training Manager - (Diamond Bar, CA)

Title : Sr. Sales Training Manager Location : Inland Empire, CA Role Overview : Lucas Group is engaged in a search with a business outsourcing firm on a Sr. Sales Training Manager search in the Inland Empire. This person will be responsible for the planning, design, development, and strategic implementation of sales training in support of client’s developmental and performance initiatives. Responsible for generating and developing plans for outside business. Manages and develops remote field sales trainers. Collaborates with Directors on identified areas of sales process or product knowledge deficits and leads the development and implementation of educational initiatives to promote overall improvements. Responsible for developing and delivering ongoing and advanced training curriculum to enhance selling skills and increase product knowledge to employees, dealers and client companies.
