We have a current opening for a Recruiter! Bring your 1 or more years of high-volume recruiting experience to this full-cycle recruiting role and we would love for you to be a part of our dynamic and expanding organization! With your excellent interview and sourcing skills, we know that you are the applicant we've been looking for. Position assignments (include, but not limited to): Attract and screen both active and passive applicants Interview applicants both via phone and in person Onboard applicants by conducting orientation, conducting testing, reviewing new hire paperwork and completing drug/experience checks Maintain physical and electronic employee files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and practices as well as all federal and state laws and regulations Prioritize job openings, filling most important in a timely manner Build a pipeline of applicants Travel to and from main branch and other branches
