Human Resources Generalist - (Waite Park, MN)

HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST Sand Companies, Inc., a vertically integrated real estate development, construction and property management company with approx 600 employees, in 8 states, is seeking an energetic and motivated professional to fill the position of HR Generalist. The HR Generalist will have responsibilities in a wide spectrum of generalist duties, including but not limited to full-cycle recruitment of non-exempt and exempt level positions. Conducts new hire orientation, employee relations investigations, workers compensation, leaves of absence, unemployment claims, affirmative action/EEO reporting, interpretation and enforcement of policies and procedures, and compliance with Federal and State Employment laws. Maintains HR Files and Associate files, including new hire paperwork, E-Verify, MN New Hire and processes all employee transactions. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
