Perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of desktop problems, using logical diagnostic fault isolation and centralized management tools to deliver required service levels. Monitor and report desktop computing statistics and service request trends to refine on-going support. Develop and test customized desktop configurations based on various platforms and operating systems.
