Program Analyst - (New Albany, IN)

Responsible for all degree progress encoding activities for Indiana University Southeast including a variety of highly complex, specialized functions relating to the encoding, maintenance, and interpretation of data specific to the system. Maintain and further develop the process of receiving and notating exceptions to degree qualifications in the degree audit application. Actively follow the processes by which credential qualifications are changed to assess when changes to degree progress encoding is necessary, develop and execute strategies for updating. Maintain and coordinate with other departments and systems in the maintaining of up-to-date expressions of credential qualifications, including but not limited to: General Education and General Education for Bachelor’s Degrees web sites; online campus Bulletin, Degrees Maps, both for standard degrees and specialty pathways like TSAP (Transfer Single Articulation Pathways) and Crimson Advantage.
