Warehouse Selector - (Bedford, OH)

Position title: Selector Department: Warehouse Reports to Title: Warehouse Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Revision Date: Approved by: GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Selector selects orders for delivery to customer. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Read customer invoices to determine items to be selected, moved, and staged for distribution. • Select in rotation of slot sequence. • Stack merchandise in accordance with standard guidelines, including but not limited to, stacking lighter product on top, case seams up, and labels and descriptions out. • Communicate replenishment of pick slots to lift operators, as needed. • Follow all housekeeping procedures. • Ensure accuracy of product staged for loading. • Comply with safety policies and procedures. • Wear required personal protective equipment. • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
