Independent Insurance Inspector - (Kitty Hawk, NC)

We are Millennium Details Services, a leading national provider of property inspection services and innovative process management solutions for property and casualty insurance companies. We are expanding nationally! We are looking for local independent contractors to perform exterior residential property insurance inspections in the Outer Banks. Compensation varies based on type of inspection, time-frame, and location. You would be responsible for gathering info on properties by taking digital images, identifying potential hazards, determining building material, and measuring and sketching the perimeter of the home. The info you gather will then be input into our system. Inspection and/or field survey experience wanted, construction and/or real estate experience in lieu of inspection experience considered. You must be able to pass a experience investigation and drug screening. Candidates must have strong technical skills.
