Universal Banker - (Atlantic, IA)

Job Descriptions: Are you interested in working for a progressive, growing company? We are seeking to fill a Universal Banker role in our Atlantic, Iowa location. This position will be responsible for providing exceptional client background; ensuring our clients' needs are achieved by conducting a thorough financial needs assessment and recommending the most appropriate products and services that fulfills the clients immediate and future financial needs. The individual in this position will generate leads, build new relationships, and maintain existing client relationships within our client background expectations. The Universal Banker is accountable for delivering to clients efficient and accurate processing of transactions and account opening procedures as well as a thorough needs based assessment and sales. Education and/or background: Possess a high-school diploma or GED certification required. Additional post high-school education and/or training is preferred.
