Accounting Manager - (Honolulu, HI)

Position summary Assist and support the Director of Finance in the achievement of the Property’s goals. Maintenance of internal controls over all areas of hotel operations to safeguard owner assets. Ensure timely completion of all reports. Enforce the maintenance of Hotel and Corporate policies and procedures as they apply to the hotel operations. KEY FUNCTIONS: Preparation and coordination of weekly P reports, monthly/quarterly forecasts and other special reports as required for Marriott and owners with guidance by the Director of Finance (DFA). Preparation and coordination of the annual operating budget and related forms/reports in the completion of the entire budget process for Marriott and Owner with guidance by the Director of Finance (DFA). Review financial reports in accordance with reporting calendars and insure that all reports are submitted on a timely basis. Review and monitor weekly labor with DFA, Hotel and department managers.
