Quote Specialist - (Greenville, WI)

Job description The Quote Specialist prepares quotations for the entire School Specialty product line. This position works closely with sales and customers to process quotations, product research and sourcing, and other clerical activities. Summary of essential job functions Creates quotes in designated quoting systems (Oracle) Supports customers and account managers in processing quotes aligned with the customer qualifications and the company s pricing strategies and goals Prepares all documents required for responses to quote requests Receives inbound quote requests via email, fax and mail Assists Pricing Specialists, as needed, with updates and maintenance in Oracle Advanced Pricing Exercises care within working environment to prevent injuries. Support and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
