Desktop Engineer - Imagining computer systems, setting up Shoretel phones and desktops for new hires. - Installing, Troubleshooting and resolving common software and hardware issues in a quick and efficient manner. - Using TeamViewer, Running regular software updates, latest security patches, anti-virus, etc. to ensure that all machines are up to date and protected. - Coordinate logging and completing helpdesk tickets within the Service Level agreement timeframe. - Maintaining all Plant and Office PC with the required software setup. - Printer upkeep and maintenance as needed. - Assisting with conference meeting setup as well as and any facility related issues that come up. - Maintain database of computers and software deployment - Clearly communicate and interact with users, and understand their technical problems.
