Maintenance Manager - (Boardman, OR)

Maintenance Manager What you will do: The Maintenance Manager provides support to manufacturing and is responsible for the maintenance of equipment and buildings. This position is located at our Boardman, Oregon facility and works with the Director of Plant Operations and the plant?s department managers to insure the success of the manufacturing plant. This position also works to plan, organize, and manage continuous improvement and capital projects at the plant. Administers the maintenance proficiency pay program with department staff. Here?s a day in the life: Direct maintenance activity strategy within the plant to allow the highest level of production efficiency while maintaining equipment longevity and product quality. Coordinate and manage continuous improvement opportunities within the plant. Work together as a team and in support of the Director of Plant Operations and other department managers. Show a united front as a team when strategies and direction is given.
