At Your Service Hotel Operator - (St Louis, MO)

Position details: Operate the hotel switchboard in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to provide quality operations, which maximizes guest satisfaction. Assisting guests calling from outside and inside the hotel in a pleasant tone, and sometimes taking room service orders and assisting Front Desk are part of the duties. This position is a daytime shift.
