GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Will perform a variety of routine duties, as needed, to provide instruction in the theory and practice of esthetics, which includes the use of cosmetic preparations, body treatments, body wraps, hydrotherapy, antiseptics, tonics, lotions, creams or other preparations for the care of the skin; massaging, cleansing or exfoliating the stratum corneum of the epidermis for the care of the skin; stimulating, manipulating, beautifying, grooming or similar work on the face, neck, arms and hands or body in a superficial mode for the care of the skin; applying make-up or eyelashes to any person or lightening hair on the body except the scalp; removing superfluous hair from the body of any person KEY FUNCTIONS: · Performs performance-based objectives and outlines for course of study following curriculum guidelines and qualifications of the college and state and federal initiatives
