Position Requirements Strong communicator with highly effective organizational and project organizational skills. Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux servers in a corporate environment. Solid knowledge of networking and an understanding of Cisco networking. Knowledge of other applications and hardware (Mobile Device Management, security systems, and Cisco telephone system. Computer hardware familiarity ndashcurrent trends, troubleshooting, and safe handling procedures. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain physical and virtual Windows and Linux servers in a VMware ESXi environment comprised of Dell servers and NetAppDellIBM SANs. Ensure proper backup and replication of servers, files and databases through Veeam and Backup Exec. Monitor systems for performance and availability. Install and configure operating systems and applications Other Responsibilities Assist in testingevaluating and implementing new operating systems, applications and hardware.
