Loan Documentation Specialist II - (Clayton, MO)

Responsible for the timely preparation of quality small business and commercial loan documentation. In addition to providing documents timely the Loan Documentation Specialist must ensure that the bank is consistently adhering to loan policies and guidelines in addition to meeting all legal, regulatory and compliance qualifications when creating the documentation.In addition to the quality of loan documentation the Loan Documentation Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely set up of tracking items in the bank---s credit/underwriting application, including loan covenants and UCC filings. The Loan Documentation Specialist will assist and support as needed in order to foster and sustain a strong team environment.Position Accountabilities Maintains a comprehensive working understanding of all required loan documentation for small business and commercial loans.
