Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Mental Health Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team! You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings.Responsibilities: Operates as part of the primary care team for patients Offer recommendations regarding behavioral health interventions to primary care providers Conducting brief interventions requested by primary care providers Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Offer assistance to individuals with mental health issues Provide prevention-oriented therapy Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely mannerQualifications: Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of WV A master’s degree in a social science field is required Good standing with all appropriate licensing agencies is preferred Previous background in mental health counseling or other related fields
