JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION TITLE: Applications Engineer REPORTS TO: or appropriate leadership FLSA: PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW: The Business Intelligence (BI) Applications Engineer is responsible for maintaining GTB---s UHUB ecosystem of Atlassian products (JIRA, JIRA ServiceDesk, Confluence, Crowd, BitBucket, Bamboo, FishEye/Crucible). This role is paired with a BI Business Analyst to engage with GTB offices globally and customize our UHUB-based tools to ensure their specific business requirements are met. The person in this role will be comfortable with client and internal stakeholders. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Create and maintain JIRA functionality including project workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, dashboards, filters, notification schemes etc.
