Responsible for the management and direction of the Electrical Reliability Engineers and Electrical Specialists. Focus of this group is to improve and ensure the reliability of the electrical power distribution systems, and the strategic implementation of power distribution system changes in order to achieve max flexibility and reliability. Provides technical and managerial leadership for the Electrical Engineering Department. Motivates employees toward goals of electrical system safety and reliability. Coordinates the daily activities of the Electrical Engineering Department. Oversees implementation of tools used to evaluate and prioritize departmental assignments. Supervises staff as required to provide technical support for Operations and Maintenance. Establishes and maintain a good working relationship with local utility company to include routine communications and long range planning to improve power supply reliability.
