Description: Integrated Life Choices is seeking a Part-time Job Coach to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities that are either seeking competitive employment and/or currently employed in the community. This position will also be responsible for working direct support hours each week in a residential setting.To be successful in this position 1 must be able to provide person-centered support to meet the needs of the people we support within the working atmosphere.Assignments include: Conducting job analysis to identify job responsibilities Developing specific plans to best assist the people we support in being as independent as possible (which includes teaching self-management strategies, comprehending job expectations and workplace policies) Providing day to day opportunities which support and guide current and future employees in achieving goals Job Coach must be able to model productive behavior as well as teach life improving and daily skills..
