Supervisor of Ramp and Passenger Service - (Rockford, IL)

The classification of Supervisor Ramp & Passenger Services includes managing, coordinating and controlling airport activities for both Ramp Services and Passenger Service functions (as described below); monitors the quantity and quality of work performance; directing personnel within assigned functional area; overseeing and advising on staffing qualifications; participating in the discipline, coaching, counseling, hiring and termination of subordinates; training subordinates, ensures compliance with Company rules and regulations, Workplace standards and contractual agreements; ensures budgetary controls and manning qualifications. This position may include responsibility for communication between Airport Board officials and individual customers with the Company. Proactively monitors the work of assigned employees to ensure that customer satisfaction, safety, security, quality and employee relations meet or exceed standards.
