Manufacturing Operations Superintendent Job - (Cedar Falls, IA)

Associates degree in technical/related position required; Bachelor?s degree preferred; ? 2+ years of experience in manufacturing supervisory role; ? Machining experience strongly preferred; ? Must have exceptional communications skills for customer interface; Essential responsibilities: ? Collaborate with Production Planner to develop daily production plan by reviewing production schedules, making position assignments, estimating worker hour qualifications. ? Assign, direct, and observe the daily work of operators to meet daily customer demand.
