The overall responsibility of the Quality Assurance Analyst is to ensure that clinical records from Jefferson Center and staff performing services on behalf of Colorado Crisis Services are in compliance with state and federal regulations. Job assignments also include assistance in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance and corporate compliance activities by testing data and findings and investing in issue solving. This is to be accomplished through conducting quality assurance review activities and by working closely with members of the Performance, Quality Effectiveness group and agency wide stakeholders. Conduct thorough, consistent clinical record reviews checking for compliance and assuring that the documentation for the services rendered is in full accord with state and federal regulations. Participates in the development of quality improvement and quality control data collection analysis and reporting to the Center employees.
