Estimator TMG's Estimator is a corporate position whose responsibilities encompass the development of cost estimates for larger civil and building projects typically valued in the $2m to $25m range. TMG's Estimator reports to TMG's Chief Estimator and his or her efforts are to work with TMG's various project teams to provide dedicated estimating subject matter ability to develop cost estimates for the larger design-bid-build and design-build projects that TMG pursues. Scope of Estimator Position Manage all aspects of developing cost estimates and other pre-construction related services for civil and building project with an approximate volume of $2 -$25 million. Critical functions of Estimator Position Strong working expertise of civil, architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical discipline and the capacity to understand unique project requirements. Strong issue solving skills and the ability to effectively use a variety of estimating, scheduling and reporting software tools.
