Construction Superintendent Job - (Davenport, IA)

Trillium Construction is currently seeking a traveling Superintendent for a Davenport, IA based company. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with an generous benefits program! Commercial projects will consist of retail, multi-family, offices, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing/industrial and Federal Government new construction. Projects are typically twelve - 18 mons long (housing and per diem provided). Duties: -Responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising on-site trade employee activities during all phases of the project. -Adhere to the project schedule, effectively communicate with the project manager, architect, engineer and other project teammates to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications and schedule. -Monitoring and enforcing safety program requirements and ensuring corrective measures are implemented. -Maintain positive client relationships. -Attends and/or conducts project status and other related meetings as required and/or requested by project manager.
