Job DescriptionRestoration Company looking for a full time in-house carpenter.Skills Required Punch Lists Finish Carpentry Cabinets Flooring Drywall Painting Doors and Windows Framing Requirements Min of five years’ general carpentry background working on residential and/or commercial projects. Knowledge of framing, siding installation, and finish carpentry is essential. Previous background working as a Carpenter Any background working in the restoration services industry with fire, smoke, and water damage restoration skills such as painting, siding, drywall, flooring, tile, concrete, etc., is a plus. Expertise to perform labor-intensive work – often working in dirty conditions Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle. Must have own basic carpenter tools Expertise to lift 50lbs and carry materials Expertise to *work overtime when needed* and respond to emergency situations after normal work hours is required.
