Basic qualifications The individual filling this position will be expected to perform in a role which requires background in the following areas: â?¢ Software engineering background and proficiency in Java/JEE or Pega technologies â?¢ Basic understanding of Windows or Linux operating systems Job overview Software Engineer who will provide software fixes in support of the Next Generation Identification (NGI) program. The system is heavily COTS based in a Linux environment with Oracle database and using JEE5 or Pega technologies.
