Safety & Environmental Manager MISSION / SUMMARY: The Safety& Environmental Manager will provide world class ability to fully support the plant's safety objectives through demonstrated leadership. This position is a member of the plant leadership team directly responsible for managing the safety systems ensuring the health and welfare of all employees, vendors, contractors, visitors, etc., JOB FUNCTION: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following. * Accountable for setting direction and deploying safety and health resources * Manages Environmental program including but not limited to compliance, waste documentation, EPA Air Permit Reporting, document control, Annual Form R & Tier II EPA reports. * Develops plans and delivers results in a fast changing business and regulatory environment by participating in Plant Divisional safety initiatives that drive safety process improvements * Provides input to plant and departmental strategy * Coordinates and drives the Plant Safety Committee reviews.
