Landscape Architect - (Pasadena, TX)

This person will be responsible for taking loose sketches and verbal description from a senior level designer and developing conceptual and detailed design and construction documentation while utilizing workplace standards. They will support the senior designers and will at times be the lead designer for smaller, less complicated projects. They will produce the bulk of the CAD drawings and be accountable for making sure all drawings, illustrations and plans are complete and accurate. They will be required to direct outsourced production when needed. They will do preliminary research on regulations and plan review qualifications.
