Biomedical Data Scientist with Security Clearance - (Frederick, MD)

Description: The Biological Life Sciences Operation of the Health Group is seeking a Biomedical Data Scientist who will perform as a productive member of a team that supports analytical, program management, and research proposal funding processes for the Army in Frederick, MD. This is NOT a laboratory research position. JOB SUMMARY: Applicant will apply analytical and scientific ability to several medical research programs. The job entails, but is not limited to, the detailed analysis, integration, categorization, and application of a wide range of biomedical and health-related data and details derived from a diversity of customer-generated requirements (e.g., response to inquiries from the Army, other government agencies and Congress, and private sector). Other aspects of the job include practical knowledge of networks and servers. Responsiveness, as well as open and frequent coordination and discussions with a multidisciplinary and goal-oriented group, are inherent elements of the day-to-day operations.
