Job DescriptionESSENTIAL POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Set the tone for the life of a loan and ensure that each customer (i.e., Mortgage Loan Originator, selling and listing agents, builders, borrowers and sellers) is kept informed of all needs and status through clear and concise communication. Handle multiple tasks to assist the Mortgage Loan Originator with preparing the borrower for application along with working with borrower during the process to ensure their background is positive.Providing extraordinary customer service to both internal and external customers.Communicating with borrowers, processors, operations staff, title companies, Realtors, etc. in an effort to expedite mortgage process.Requesting and following up on required documentation from our clients.Verify details on the documents for integrity and accuracy while documenting discrepancies and future qualifications.Gather info for weekly status meetings with the Processor and Mortgage Loan Originator.Call to get homeowners
