Equipment/Tooling Engineer This position is for Pactiv, a company of Reynolds Group Holding Inc. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Responsible for all aspects of tooling design including customer product requirements, product design, and manufacturing implementation Reviews product specifications with product development to determine compatibility of manufacturing methods, costs, and schedules. Initiates corrective action plans to meet manufacturing requirements. Troubleshoots complex/critical manufacturing processes and/or equipment and provides technical leadership and training to resolve those issues. Projects and assignments are non-routine and require initiative and judgment. Develops manufacturing process methods and controls to meet quality standards. Interacts and works with all levels of manufacturing personnel. Will lead medium to large capital projects (up to $5M). REQUIREMENTS:
