Job DescriptionThe perfect applicant should produce positive business results not only for the Company but for our Partners (Clients) as well. The individual should be experienced in planning, managing, and coordinating the activities associated with design and construction projects for various types of facilities and multiple Partners.This applicant should be experienced in all methods of design, construction, scheduling, budgeting, subcontract agreements, procurement, buy out/award, reporting, and all associated documentation (subcontractor identification, bid tabulation, bid clarification, project management systems, etc.). This person should be process oriented, adhering to established protocols, procedures, and processes.This person should be able to work autonomously with little to no supervision, and within a Team environment, collaborating both with Servant Leadership and Direct Leaders.
