Entry Level Production Operators (10) - (Meadville, PA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES and REQUIRED FUNCTIONS Set-up, operate and maintain packaging equipment and processes according to established job instructions Meet or exceed established production targets Produce correct product meeting all packaging and palletizing specifications Provide feedback on non-conforming product to manufacturing plant and Quality Assurance Supervise temporary employees as assigned Track and record all quality measures Set up next shift as needed Communicate production status and issues at shift change Ensures that the Ainsworth Food Safety program is adhered to Ensures that all SOP---s are being followed Informs Shift Supervisor of any food safety problems Alerts Shift Supervisor for need to update or modify SOP---s based on needed changes to the processes Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and job instructions Take corrective actions when measures are out of specification Take and document required process
