Seminar Instructor with Security Clearance - (Hurlburt Field, FL)

Description: POSITION DESCRIPTION: The BPACS instructor works for the USAFSOS Theater Engagement Department (USAFSOS SOED-TE). Plan and execute two week-long residence and non-residence seminars in both English and other languages, as directed. Create agendas, develop lesson plans, recruit expert guest speakers, organize hospitality events, manage classroom and seminar logistics, orchestrate field studies and teach lesson blocks, as required. Ensure course conduct is in compliance with USAF Instructional Systems Development (ISD) guidelines. Manage the curriculum development/review process to ensure course meets or exceeds the needs of SOF customers. Work with the USAFSOS International Military Student Officer (IMSO) to welcome international students ranging in rank from senior enlisted to general officer.
