The HRBP will provide professional level support within and in support of the Human Resources function by assisting in a range of services to employees and management including change management, recruitment, employment, compensation, employee relations, training, and other related areas. The HRBP shares the responsibility for the Adhesives segment business goals and targets delivery. Essential Job assignments and Responsibilities * Lead Nordson Adhesives, North America HR staff to develop, plan and implement various HR initiatives such as compensation, benefits and talent management programs. * Acts as a performance improvement driver and promotes positive changes in people management.
