Production Manager - (Pacific, MO)

Production Manager Graphic Packaging International, Inc., a leading folding carton manufacturer, is searching for a Production Manager at its Pacific, MO manufacturing facility The Production Manager is a high profile, key leadership position that reports directly to the Plant Manager and oversees all manufacturing processes, manages production team reports to meet/exceed the company's key performance indicators (Safety, Quality & Throughput) and produce a quality product that meets or exceeds our customer's expectations. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Printing, or related manufacturing discipline is strongly preferred. The perfect applicant would have a min of 5-years work background in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the folding carton industry with high volume printing & converting equipment. A working expertise of Lean/Six Sigma manufacturing principles, successful track record in cost savings initiatives required. AIB / SQF Practitioner background desired.
